NEO BAN SENG

FOUNDER & CEO

Neo Ban Seng is the Founder and CEO of KAPPS. A veteran of the technology industry, Ban Seng has spent over three decades building businesses and leading teams. Over the course of his career which includes senior leadership roles at global consulting firm KPMG, he has helped drive innovation at leading financial institutions across the world. A recognised subject matter expert on factoring and supply chain financing, Mr. Neo’s vision is to help customers accelerate their innovation pursuits by combining industry knowledge with cutting edge technology. Based in Singapore, he is passionate about purpose driven leadership and empowerment. He is an author and a regular speaker in the non-profit sector.

WUNNA SOE

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & CTO

Wunna is the Chief Technology Officer at KAPPS, where he leads engineering and product development for the company’s cutting-edge financial technology platforms. Working closely with the industry, he helps shape technology solutions that address the evolving challenges of modern banking.A veteran in financial technology with two decades of experience, he specializes in helping financial institutions accelerate their digital transformation and modernize their factoring, receivables finance, and supply chain finance operations.Prior to joining KAPPS, Wunna was with KPMG, where he spearheaded the implementation of large-scale receivables finance platforms for some of the largest regional banks, which KAPPS continues to support today.

LEE KHENG LEONG

ADVISORY PRINCIPAL

Kheng Leong is the advisory principal of KAPPS consulting. He is also the author of ICC Academy factoring course.

Prior to join KAPPS, he was the Asia Chapter Director of FCI, the world’s leading international factoring organisation. As Asia Chapter Director of FCI, he travelled widely to countries in Asia to promote international factoring and training on factoring.

Before joining FCI he was the Managing Director of Bibby Financial Services Singapore. He was instrumental in starting Bibby Singapore which a one of the leading non-bank factors providing factoring to SME in Singapore. Bibby is a subsidiary of Bibby UK, the world’s largest independent factor.

He acquired his factoring knowledge through attachment with factoring companies in the US and UK in early 80s. Upon his return he set up DBS Factors and became its AGM. When DBS Factors was absorbed into DBS Bank in 2001, he became the regional factoring head of DBS Bank. DBS bank is engaged in domestic and international factoring to businesses ranging from MSME to large corporation.
